Rice and eel are placed in a hot stone bowl and mixed together to create a charred eel rice that can then be enjoyed with condiments or dashi ochazuke.The first bowl is a bowl of unadon.Add condiments to the second cup.For the third bowl, pour dashi over it and enjoy it as ochazuke.This is a way to enjoy large grains that is unique to them.

Daikoku's soba noodles are carefully selected from the producing areas.
We only use carefully selected buckwheat flour from Hokkaido or Echizen, with 90% buckwheat flour used in a 1:9 ratio! We use the pure white part (endosperm) in the center of the buckwheat seed in generous amounts, but without being limited by Sarashina, we have brought out the original sweetness and aroma of buckwheat.The soba soup is homemade, made with carefully aged broth, Rishiri kelp, Makurazaki bonito flakes, and several other types of dashi.
